Testimony by Aisulu”As a professor, I regularly attend seminars, meetings, and training sessions. For me, both the aesthetics of my teeth and the correct pronunciation of words are essential. This journey has given me back not only my smile but also my confidence and quality of life.”

The Challenge: Severe Tooth Loss and Functional LimitationsAisulu arrived at our clinic from Kazakhstan with a desire to restore her smile after years of progressive tooth loss.

The condition of her remaining teeth affected not only her appearance but also her ability to eat, speak, and socialize comfortably. A complete, life-changing transformation was needed to restore both aesthetics and function.

Aisulu’s Before After

The Process of Restoring Aisulu’s SmileTo provide a long-term and stable solution, we designed a comprehensive treatment plan using a Dual Arch All-on-Six implant-supported restoration.

Strategic Implant Placement: Six Straumann BLX implants were placed in both the upper and lower jaw, ensuring a solid foundation for her future prosthetic teeth. These implants were chosen for their high primary stability and success rate, particularly in cases where bone quality is compromised.

Temporary PMMA Fixed Bridges: During the healing phase, Aisulu received PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) provisional bridges. This allowed her to regain function and aesthetics immediately while her implants integrated with the bone.

Final Zirconia Restorations: Once the implants were fully integrated, we proceeded with the final prosthesis—custom-made monolithic multilayer zirconia bridges. Using Ivoclar ZirCAD Prime material, we achieved an exceptionally natural appearance with long-lasting durability.

Precision in Smile Design: The final restoration was carefully designed to follow the natural curvature of Aisulu’s lips, complement her facial features, and ensure optimal bite alignment. A soft, natural white shade (2M1) was selected to enhance her smile without appearing artificial.
