Comprehensive oral rehabilitation was performed using zirconia crowns, dental implants, implant supported crowns, bone grafting, and sinus lift procedures to restore both aesthetics and function. As Iryna explained, the goal was not only to improve the appearance of the smile but also to achieve greater comfort and long term stability with results that feel natural, functional, and comfortable every day. The treatment process began with a comprehensive smile and functional evaluation, including detailed clinical and digital assessments to analyze existing restorations, missing support areas, bite relationships, and overall smile harmony before creating the final rehabilitation plan. Implant rehabilitation was then carried out in selected areas to restore missing support and rebuild long term function, while bone grafting and sinus lift procedures were performed where additional structural support was necessary to establish a healthy and stable foundation. The smile was redesigned with careful consideration of tooth proportions, facial harmony, and functional balance, and crown restorations were selected to enhance aesthetics while reinforcing structural integrity. Custom designed zirconia crowns combined with implant supported restorations provided durability, natural aesthetics, and long term stability throughout the rehabilitation. Final occlusal refinements focused on achieving a balanced bite and creating harmony between comfort, function, and smile aesthetics, resulting in a comprehensive and lasting transformation.
