Oleksandr’s Smile Story
Oleksandr’s Smile Transformation Journey
Oleksandr came looking for a long-term solution after experiencing advanced gum disease and significant mobility in his upper teeth. His goal was to restore stability, function, and confidence while achieving a natural-looking result.
Following a detailed clinical evaluation and treatment planning process, a full upper arch rehabilitation was recommended using implant-supported restoration.

Treatment
Upper Full Mouth Rehabilitation All-On-Six Implant Treatment with Straumann BLX Implants and Full Zirconia Monolithic Bridge
Testimony By Oleksandr
My upper teeth had become very loose and uncomfortable. I wanted a stable and long-lasting solution that would allow me to eat comfortably and feel confident again.
The Treatment Approach
A comprehensive assessment was carried out to evaluate bone support, remaining teeth, and overall oral health to determine the most suitable treatment approach, Due to severe periodontal damage, the remaining upper teeth were carefully removed and six Straumann BLX implants were placed to create a stable foundation for the new restoration.
A fixed temporary bridge was provided immediately after implant placement, allowing Oleksandr to maintain comfort and appearance during the healing phase. After successful healing and implant integration, the temporary bridge was replaced with a custom-made monolithic zirconia bridge designed to provide strength, function, and a natural appearance.
The Transformation and Results:
The final result achieved both aesthetic and functional improvement. Ebru’s smile is now more harmonious and aligned, with proper contact between the front teeth and a balanced bite.
In addition to the visual transformation, the treatment restored normal cutting function and improved overall occlusal stability. These changes contribute to long-term dental health and help prevent future wear or joint-related issues.
This case highlights how carefully planned orthodontic treatment can successfully correct complex conditions such as anterior open bite, resulting in a stable, natural, and functional outcome.
