The Process of Designing Smile:
Following detailed clinical evaluation and digital smile planning, a comprehensive rehabilitation strategy was designed.
The treatment began with professional cleaning and preparation of the oral environment. Where preservation was not possible, extraction procedures were completed to establish healthy conditions for rehabilitation.
Minimal-preparation e.max veneers were selected for the visible anterior teeth to improve color, shape, and overall smile aesthetics while maintaining a natural appearance.
For teeth requiring additional strength and structural support, monolithic zirconia crowns were used to restore durability and functional stability.
A custom implant abutment restoration was incorporated in the anterior region to achieve seamless integration with the surrounding teeth.
To complete the transformation, lower jaw whitening was performed to harmonize the overall smile shade.
