I wanted to restore my smile in a way that looked natural and felt comfortable in everyday life. My goal was not only to replace missing teeth but also to improve function and regain confidence in my smile.
The Process of Designing Smile:
Following detailed clinical examination and digital treatment planning, a personalized upper jaw rehabilitation was designed.
The treatment included surgical extraction where required, followed by implant placement to replace missing teeth and restore support in the upper arch. Bone grafting, membrane application, and sinus lift procedures were performed to establish adequate bone conditions for long term implant success.
The remaining teeth and implant-supported areas were restored using Ivoclar ZirCAD Prime monolithic zirconia crowns, selected for their strength, durability, and natural appearance.
Special attention was given to creating balanced function, harmonious tooth proportions, and a seamless integration between natural teeth and implant restorations.
The Transformation and Results:
The final result restored both structure and smile harmony. Liudmila’s new smile appears brighter, more balanced, and naturally elegant while providing improved comfort and functional stability.
